After Purchase

When you purchase a FastPCTools license, you will receive:

1. An immediate email confirmation with your order details
2. A second email (within 5 minutes) containing your license key
3. Download links and installation instructions

Didn't Receive Your License Key?

If you don't receive your license key within 10 minutes, please:

• Check your spam/junk folder — our emails sometimes get filtered
• Verify the email address you used during checkout
• Contact support at support@fastpctools.com with your order ID

Delivery Timeframe

License keys: Delivered within 5 minutes (usually instant)
Support response: Within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday)
Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days

Lost License Key?

If you lose your license key, email us with your purchase details (name, email, order ID) and we will resend it free of charge.
