All FastPCTools licenses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The software does not work as described on our website
  • You experienced technical issues that our support team could not resolve
  • You are not satisfied with the product for any reason
  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of purchase

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase
  • You purchased the wrong product and did not contact us for an exchange
  • You violated our Terms of Use or EULA
  • You requested a chargeback without contacting us first

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email us at support@fastpctools.com with your:

  • Order ID or transaction ID
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

Step 2: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Step 3: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

Since all FastPCTools products are one-time purchases (not subscriptions), there are no recurring charges to cancel. Once you purchase a license, it's yours to keep unless you request a refund within 30 days.

Exchange Policy

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, contact us within 30 days for a free exchange to the correct product.
