End User License Agreement:

Software License Agreement

This License is a legal agreement between FastPCTools and you for Fast Video Player. By proceeding to install Fast Video Player, and in consideration of your use of the Fast Video Player, you are deemed to agree to be bound by the terms of this License. FastPCTools permits you to use Fast Video Player only in accordance with the terms of this License and your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with the terms of this License.

Product License

In consideration of your agreeing to abide by the terms of this License and subject to your compliance with the terms of this License, FastPCTools grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fast Video Player.

Restrictions

You may not:

Rent, lease, sublicense or assign Fast Video Player or any copy thereof, including any related documentation.
Remove any proprietary notices or labels from Fast Video Player.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make derivative works based on Fast Video Player.

Intellectual Property Rights

Fast Video Player is intellectual property of FastPCTools and is protected by law. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in Fast Video Player anywhere in the world belong to FastPCTools, that rights in Fast Video Player are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the Fast Video Player other than the right to use them in accordance with the terms of this License.

Free and open source softwares included within the Software are identified in Appendix I to this Agreement, entitled "Open Source Software". FastPCTools does not claim any right on any of the open source softwares.

Warranty Disclaimer

Fast Video Player IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF FAST VIDEO PLAYER.

Limitation of Liability

FASTPCTOOLS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OF INABILITY TO USE FAST VIDEO PLAYER.

Subscription

If you have purchased a Subscription plan of our "Fast Video Player", your subscription period will start from the day of purchase. Before the end of the Subscription period, you will be offered the choice to extend your Subscription automatically for successive time periods.

General

FastPCTools may License updates to you with additional or different terms. FastPCTools is not bound to provide any updates.

This License is the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior representations, undertakings or advertising relating to Fast Video Player and you acknowledge that in entering into this License you have not relied on any statement, representation, advertising, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this License.

Appendix I: Open Source Software

Fast Video Player uses FFmpeg which is developed by FFmpeg developers. FFmpeg project can be found at http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win32/static/ffmpeg-20130621-git-8cdea50-win32-static.7z FastPCTools has no rights on FFmpeg.
